Tracker

Never miss a listing.

Tracker follows your cases on the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court websites. It checks each case twice a day and tells you when a date is fixed, an order is uploaded or something on the cause list changes.

Tracker: a case added, its court record, and a question about it

The evening before, and again at 7:30 am. The day before a listing you get your item and court number, and again on the morning of the hearing. If the item moves, you hear about that too.

What you are told, and when

Alerts appear under the bell in LegalGita and as browser notifications, so a listing reaches you even when the app is in a background tab.

A new date. When the court lists the case, with the court room.

The cause list. The day before a listing, with your item and court number, and again at 7:30 am on the day. Changes are flagged, such as moved to item 4 or not on tomorrow's list.

A new order or filing. At the next check after it appears on the court's site.

Connected matters. When other cases are connected to yours.

Every case on one card

The parties and the next date in large type, with the court and item once they are known.

Where it came from. Each card shows whether the case came from a matter, the Docket or was added by you.

Tentative dates. A Supreme Court date that is only likely is marked Tentative, and confirmed once the case is on a cause list.

The full record. Past listings with their orders, the filing register, connected matters and a link to the court's own page.

Ask about your cases

"What happened at the last three hearings?" or "Which of my cases are listed this week?" The answer reads each case's listings, filings and orders.

    Inside a matter

Turn on the Tracked cases chip in the matter's question box, and the answer reads the court record alongside the matter's documents.
